Very smart lesson on romance writing informing copywriting. It's the way to interview (but I get the other person to reveal their own flaw/pain/weakness before I deliver: solution=me), and a great way to write a thank you note ("I couldn't ever ____ until I received the lovely ____ you sent.")
You've given me (and all your readers) a LOT to think about with that one post. Bravo (says the new subscriber.)
